Srinivas Madabushi serves as Senior Vice President of Technology at LendingTree, where he leads the engineering and data functions as well as the company’s India operations. With over a decade of dedicated leadership at LendingTree, he has played a pivotal role in defining our technology vision, scaling systems to accommodate growth, and driving digital transformation across the enterprise.

Since joining LendingTree, Srinivas has advanced through progressive leadership roles including Vice President of Technology,  Head of LTX Engineering, Senior Director of Technology, and other roles in engineering. At each stage, his focus has been on assembling high-performing teams, designing customer-centric solutions, and converting complex technological challenges into scalable, business-impacting outcomes.
